Monthly Challenges
Fitness challenges are a way to motivate people to improve their physical health and lifestyle especially during the winter months.
Challenges can include one or more sport. For more details on the monthly challenges please click the google form below to enter. A small cost of $10 is required to participate.
Weekly winners will be announced on the Facebook page along with Monthly overall winner bragging rights.

February Bike Challenge

Get on the Bike and Ride like the wind!
It is time to dust off those cycling shoes. February the days are starting to get longer, and it is time to spin out those legs.
You can either ride solo to your favorite movie or join a training ride on Thursdays with Dan.
All you need is a fitness tracker to keep track of your indoor rides.
March Swim Challenge

Time to get in that pool before open water training starts.
There are many options for Swimming in the Niagara Region.
